My dermatologist recommended a 655nm LLLT device for thinning. Pros: super easy, doesnt hurt, light is bright. Cons: looks goofy as hell my kids roast me every time i put it on haha. But fr though my part is definitely tighter after 4 months. Worth looking like a Daft Punk extra.
You really have to commit to the routine to see the benefits. For the first two months, I didn’t see much change and even experienced a little extra shedding (which my dermatologist said is normal with LLLT). Now, in month five, the thinning patch at my crown is shrinking. I took off one star because the helmet can feel a bit warm during the summer, but the results are worth it.
