Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the CeraDerma Affiliate Program (the “Program”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) outline the rules and guidelines for your participation as an affiliate (the “Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”).

By applying to and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not apply to or participate in our Program.

1. Enrollment and Account
To enroll, you must submit an application through our designated platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion for any reason. Reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to, an unsuitable website, violation of our ethical standards, or previous termination from the Program.

2. Affiliate Links and Promotion
Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique affiliate link to promote our products. You are responsible for ensuring your links are correctly used and tracked. You are encouraged to promote our products through:

  • Your website, blog, or social media channels.

  • Authentic and valuable content creation.

  • Ethical email marketing to your own lists (where recipients have opted-in).

3. Prohibited Promotional Methods
To protect our brand’s reputation, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Spam: You must not spam our links or business details. This includes, but is not limited to, unsolicited bulk emails, comments, or messages on social media, forums, or other platforms. All promotions must be targeted to an audience that has a legitimate interest in our products.

  • False Claims: You cannot make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about our products, their features, or the results they can achieve. All promotional claims must be accurate and verifiable.

  • Offensive or Harmful Content: You are prohibited from publishing our links on any website or content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful or offensive.

  • Unethical Behavior: Any promotion deemed by CeraDerma to be in a non-ethical manner, including but not limited to misrepresentation, trademark or copyright infringement, or abuse of our systems, is grounds for immediate termination.

4. Commissions and Payment

  • Commission Structure: You will earn a commission on qualifying sales as defined in your affiliate dashboard. A “sale” is tracked and confirmed only when the payment is successfully processed by our system.

  • Grace Period & Returns: Due to our customer-centric policy, all sales are subject to a 180-day grace period. Customers are eligible for a 6-month money-back guarantee. Therefore, a commission is only considered final and payable after this 180-day period has passed without a refund or chargeback. If a customer requests a refund within this period, the commission for that sale will be reversed.

  • Payment Schedule: Payments for cleared commissions (those past the 180-day grace period) will be processed within 2-3 business days via Paypal.

5. Commission Rate Changes
We reserve the right to change our commission rates and payment structure at any time. In the event of a commission rate decrease, we will provide you with a 30-day written notice (via email or a dashboard announcement) before the new rates take effect. This allows you time to adjust your promotional strategies. Commission rate increases may be applied immediately.

6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate at any time by removing all our links and notifying us. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Program immediately, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of this Agreement.

7. Consequences of Breach and Termination
Upon termination for a breach of this Agreement (specifically for prohibited promotional methods as outlined in Section 3):

  • You must immediately cease all use of our affiliate links, trademarks, and marketing materials.

  • You will forfeit all outstanding commissions that have not yet passed the 180-day grace period.

  • We reserve the right to revoke and reclaim any and all commissions earned from sales that were generated through non-ethical, fraudulent, or prohibited methods. This action may be taken at the time of termination or at any point thereafter if such activity is discovered.

8. Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products within the guidelines of this Agreement. All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of CeraDerma.

9. Disclaimer
CeraDerma makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

10. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and CeraDerma.

11. Modifications to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify any part of this Agreement at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our affiliate portal. Your continued participation in the Program after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
