Standard Limited Warranty: 2 Years
Every Easy Hairfull Laser Helmet comes with a Standard Limited Warranty for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
What is Covered:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes malfunctions of the laser diodes, power components, and internal electronics that are not a result of accidental damage or misuse.
What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, or neglect.

Damage from failure to follow the included instructions for use and care.

Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents, that does not impair functionality.

Damage caused by use with a power adapter or charger not supplied or approved by us.

Normal wear and tear.
1.1 Optional Extended Warranty: 5 Years
For customers seeking longer-term protection, we offered an Optional Extended Warranty, providing total coverage for five (5) years from the original date of purchase.

How to Identify: This warranty was an optional purchase at checkout alongside the laser helmet.

Coverage: The 5-year warranty provides the same coverage as the standard 2-year warranty for the extended duration.

Verification: To make a claim under the 5-year warranty, you must provide proof of purchase of the extended warranty plan.
1.2 What We Will Do
If a defect in materials or workmanship arises and a valid claim is received by us within the applicable warranty period, we will, at our sole option:

Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.

Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may refund the purchase price of the product.
All replaced or repaired products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty or for 90 days from the date of service, whichever is longer.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the issue and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
