1. Shipping and Processing

We are proud to offer free standard shipping to most countries worldwide.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Shipping Method: Your order will be shipped via a reliable international shipping partner, most likely Australia Post.

2. Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your purchase is complete. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

3. Important: Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

We offer free international shipping, but we are not responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

Customer Responsibility: The recipient is solely responsible for paying any and all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any other charges that may be levied once the shipment reaches the destination country.
Non-Responsibility: The cost of these fees is determined solely by the customs authorities of your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information and to understand what these potential costs might be before placing your order.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

CeraDerma is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. Please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier directly if you face this issue.
